Are you ready to take charge of large-scale infrastructure work in electric power delivery? We’re hiring a Project Executive to lead high-voltage transmission and substation projects that are critical to grid reliability and the future of energy.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on complex challenges, knows how to lead cross-functional teams, and is ready to own the full lifecycle of major EPC and Design-Build (DB) projects—from estimating through final close-out.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead full project delivery of large EPC/DB projects in electric power transmission and substations—from planning to final turnover.
Manage contracts, budgets, and schedules while keeping safety, quality, and client satisfaction top of mind.
Direct and mentor project teams across engineering, procurement, and construction functions.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and alignment throughout the project.
Drive smart decisions in design, planning, and execution to improve outcomes and reduce risk.
Oversee procurement, change orders, scheduling, and payments across all phases.
Ensure seamless project close-out, including warranty resolution and lessons learned.
What You’ll Need
10+ years of project management experience in construction or EPC—focused on electric power transmission, substations, or distribution.
Strong understanding of how transmission lines and substations are designed, built, and operated.
A proven track record leading complex, multi-phase infrastructure projects from estimating through close-out.
A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with tools such as Primavera P6, Procore, Microsoft Office, and JD Edwards.
