As a Cost Specialist, you’ll turn data into insights that keep projects on track, on budget, and built for long-term success. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, problem-solving, and making an impact on high-profile projects from kickoff through completion.

What You Bring

3–10 years of experience in cost management/project controls.
Expertise in cost control, forecasting, change management, and risk analysis.
Strong ability to translate complex financials into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency with JDE, or EcoSys or Procore, and/or strong Power BI/reporting skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Finance, or related field—or equivalent experience.
Willingness to travel domestically up to 15%.

What You’ll Do

Own the numbers: Track, analyze, and forecast costs, budgets, and trends across multi-year EPC projects.
Be a strategic partner: Collaborate with Project Managers, Operations Directors, and technical leaders to align financials with project goals.
Manage change confidently: Oversee cost changes, deviations, and risks to anticipate challenges.
Tell the story: Deliver clear, compelling cost reports and dashboards in Power BI (or similar) for clients and leadership.
Strengthen controls: Support Project Controls Execution Plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
Make your mark: Serve as the go-to resource for cost insights on high-impact EPC projects.
