We’re seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our high-impact Talent Acquisition team and lead strategic recruiting initiatives within the Transmission and Distribution sector. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent across engineering, technology, construction management, and operations roles that are critical to modernizing and maintaining electrical infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full lifecycle recruiting process for technical and project roles across T&D, including engineering, field services, project management, and grid modernization.
  • Partner with hiring managers and executive stakeholders to define talent needs, build strategic sourcing plans, and deliver diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines.
  • Source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, industry-specific platforms, referrals, and creative outreach strategies.
  • Conduct deep-dive screenings to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and long-term potential in highly specialized domains.
  • Guide the hiring process through negotiation, offer management, and onboarding handoffs while delivering a white-glove candidate experience.
  • Stay on top of market trends, compensation insights, and competitor activity in the T&D and broader utility sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine recruiting best practices, elevate employer brand messaging, and drive process improvements.

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, including direct experience within the Energy Transmission & Distribution (T&D) infrastructure sector.
  • Knowledge of roles and terminology within transmission, distribution, and substation projects. 
  • Proven ability to build trust with hiring managers and deliver results under tight timelines
  • Skilled in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, Boolean search, etc.)
  • A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on, get-it-done approach
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
