We’re seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our high-impact Talent Acquisition team and lead strategic recruiting initiatives within the Transmission and Distribution sector. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent across engineering, technology, construction management, and operations roles that are critical to modernizing and maintaining electrical infrastructure.

This isn’t just filling jobs—it’s about building the future workforce of the energy grid.

What You’ll Do

Own the full lifecycle recruiting process for technical and project roles across T&D, including engineering, field services, project management, and grid modernization.
Partner with hiring managers and executive stakeholders to define talent needs, build strategic sourcing plans, and deliver diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines.
Source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, industry-specific platforms, referrals, and creative outreach strategies.
Conduct deep-dive screenings to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and long-term potential in highly specialized domains.
Guide the hiring process through negotiation, offer management, and onboarding handoffs while delivering a white-glove candidate experience.
Stay on top of market trends, compensation insights, and competitor activity in the T&D and broader utility sector.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine recruiting best practices, elevate employer brand messaging, and drive process improvements.

What You Bring

Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, including direct experience within the Energy Transmission & Distribution (T&D) infrastructure sector.
Knowledge of roles and terminology within transmission, distribution, and substation projects.
Proven ability to build trust with hiring managers and deliver results under tight timelines
Skilled in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, Boolean search, etc.)
A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on, get-it-done approach
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
