Senior Estimator – Procore or HeavyBid

Senior Estimator
Location: Remote in United States | 30% U.S. travel required 

We are seeking an Estimator to lead cost estimating and heavy bidding for large-scale renewable EPC projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Procore or HeavyBid and Excel, with proven ability to manage multi-year design and construction projects.

Requirements (must have):

  • 5+ years of estimating experience in engineering and/or construction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Expertise in estimating software (Procore or HeavyBid)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel up to 30% domestically for site visits

Highly Desired:

  • Experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed estimates for labor, equipment, and subcontractor scopes.
  • Lead bid process for solar, wind, and battery energy storage projects.
  • Track project costs, contracts, and documentation using Procore.
  • Analyze and maintain cost databases, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project teams to improve processes.
